Unchanged
As long as Jewel is at the helm, her room will always be great. I used to frequent Jewels Room every Sunday for a card game or dominoes. I will be in L.A. next month and hope to make that scene again. "I too am from back in the day" and will continue to support this African American gay hot spot. Keep it up Jewel.
NOT ALL THAT GREAT ANYMORE!!!!
Use to go there back in the day ALWSOME!!,but what happen now?The music is to loud you cant here yourslef talk! There not alot of girl stippers anymore/go go dancers. I loved the catch I just want it to be like it use to or better!!
Great, For a Younger Crowd
Business out in LA last week, and loved this place, but perhaps I was out of my element, it's geared to a 20s/30s crowd. Music was loud, loud, loud. Large, multi-floored, bands, djs. Terrific mix of people, Gays, Lesbians, straights (or those at least pretending to be?). And, especially for me, some flat-out gorgeous Black men, in skin-tight outfits, dancing, drinking, hanging out. I feasted on these Black male beauties, loud music or not. Definitely worth checking out.
